How Human Design Principles Help You Make the Right Choices

From the moment you wake up until just before you fall asleep, you’ve already made hundreds of choices that affect the shape of your future. Small things like choosing to have a healthy breakfast or taking your bike instead of public transport to work may not leave a significant initial impact, big decisions that can define what tomorrow brings will have a huge impact. Decisions such as whether or not you should look for a new job or make that down payment for the house you’ve been eyeing can be nerve-wracking. You have every right to feel anxious because situations like these will mean a sudden significant change in your life. To help you determine which choice is best, you would usually ask the opinions of close friends and family members. Ultimately, however, the person who’ll have to make the final call is you.

Trusting your gut is often easier said than done. Many people find it difficult to trust their instincts, especially when they have trouble discovering their true selves. Thankfully, there are many ways you can unlock the secrets of yourself. One of the most effective methods is to seek guidance from a certified personal development coach who can help you navigate through your genetic Human Design.

What Is Human Design?

Human Design combines the fundamental aspects of astrology, The I Ching, Kabbalah, and the Hindu-Brahmin chakra system. By calculating the date, time, and place of your birth, you can access your Human Design chart or your genetic code that was created by the universe. This cosmic imprinting connects us with the universe through subatomic particles, called neutrinos, which exist in the realm of quantum physics. These neutrinos carry information that activates parts of your DNA. As they pass through every inch of your body, they switch on the gates of your Human Design chart and reveal your true self.

There are four Human Design types, and each one of us falls into one of the following categories:

·   Reflectors. Reflectors are described as such because they have the ability to reflect the energies around them. They magnify everything and everyone, giving them the potential to grasp situations differently. Reflectors are known to read others and their environments better than the rest of the Human Design types. People who are in this category are extremely observant. They also only represent about 1% of the population.

·   Projectors. Projectors have the ability to see deeply into others. The reason behind this is their auras. Projectors possess a focused aura that not only penetrates other people but is also capable of absorbing energies. As such, they learn more about themselves through others. People who are Projector types are more open and often serve as guides to other individuals. They represent about 20% of the population.

·   Manifestors. While the Projector aura reaches other people, the aura of Manifestors is closed and repelling. This is not to say that being a Manifestor isn’t good. In fact, Manifestors are seen as initiators who often take the peaceful route in reaching their goals. When Manifestors share their true selves, they naturally relax the energy around them, removing energetic resistance as a result. People who are in this category make up around 10% of the population.

·   Generators. The Generator type is the largest among the four, representing about 70% of the population. People who have this Human Design type have a defined sacral center and a strong, open aura that constantly pulls life into them. As such, Generators are also known as the life force of the planet; the builders if you will. Unlike the Manifestors, Generators tend to respond instead of initiate action. They are always ready to give their energy to others.

Although each type can leave a positive impact on one’s self-discovery journey, they also have a set of weaknesses. For example, Reflectors may see the world differently, but if they end up becoming what they’re mirroring, they can become disappointed. Projectors may be more open towards others, but their openness can leave them vulnerable. The Manifestors’ initiative energy can get things going, but if they move through life without informing others, they can become upset in the long run. Generators may always be willing to lend a helping hand, but if they don’t live by their strategy, or are following a detrimental path they can’t respond to, it can result in frustration.

So How Can Understanding Your Human Design Help You in Decision Making?

Now that you’re more familiar with the four Human Design and its types, you might be wondering how this will help you in your decision-making skills. To put thing simply, if you’re able to figure out your energetic makeup, you’ll get a better understanding of your strengths and weaknesses. You can use this to your advantage when making decisions because you’ll have the ability to control how to feel and to react in certain situations. When you’re able to think calmly and clearly, you’ll be in a better position to make the tough yet correct choices.
